Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: First Contact

During the first contact, PDB will help to identify the needs, concerns, and solution of the specific situation at hand. Our representatives will provide a step-by-step schedule outlining the exact steps moving forward in the emergency response plan. This will address personnel, materials and equipment, protective measures and cleaning solutions.

Step 2: On-Site Evaluation & Estimate

PDB’s estimators will arrive on-site with a speedy and realistic estimate – no matter how large the project or extensive the damage.

A precise outline and justification of the estimate is provided to the customer, so they can follow along, ensuring their dollar is spent wisely. Within the outline, the tentative timetable will be updated to give a more accurate picture of the project.

Step 3: Construction/Restoration

PDB’s team of sub-contractors are experienced tradesmen. Our proposals are detailed and comprehensive, with a clear completion date. Specialized services offered by our range of craftspeople which include masonry, carpentry, and decorating ensure PDB can meet the requirements the any project.

Step 4: Clean / Closing Up

We preform safe and regulated clean-up from fire, water and disaster damaged construction sites. PDB ensures proper disinfecting of the area, to allow nontoxic habitable living space.

We execute the closing up of buildings and attached sites. Securing of the area, in line with legal requirements and enviromental concerns is kept a priority.

Step 5: Follow Up

PDB will keep in contact with the client long after completion of the project, not only to confirm the success of the project, but to build a relationship with the client.
